Yeah, I have this stuff [Health Plus,inc. colon cleanse], forgot about it , lol, as it expired, but reinspired me to really consider doing one of these treatments…..it says it’s 100% pure psyllium husk, fiber
Did you ever use this or something else? Did anything weird happen?
